Privacy Policy


1.1. Personal data includes all information that relates directly or indirectly to a certain User (personal data subject) including:
1.1.1. Information provided by the User about themselves when submitting an application for a trial lesson or taking a test and using any further services, including the User’s personal data.
1.1.2. Data automatically transferred depending on the User’s software settings is as follows: IP address, cookie, operator networks, data about the software and equipment used by the User to work in a communication network, such as the Internet, communication channels for transferring and receiving data and other materials when services are used.
1.2. The User is a natural person using and/or visiting the website.

1.5. Personal data processing includes an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed by the Provider using the User’s personal data.


- Name;
- Surname;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail;
- Skype or similar application ID;
- Language that the User wants to learn.


The Provider shall collect, process and store information about the identity and e-mail addresses of the trainees, information about the training given and other information required to keep a record of the performance of the contractual relationship.
The Provider shall not process or store information about the devices and locations used to access the website or collect information about the User IP addresses, their operating system, information about the device used to access the website and other available information that does not relate solely to the User’s person.
User data shall be processed and stored within the time limits and in the manner set out by the Law of the Republic of Serbia.
Trainee data shall be processed by persons carrying out administrative and bookkeeping work for the Provider.
By accepting these terms, the User consents to having the aforementioned and any other required data collected, processed and stored in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Serbia governing the subject matter.
When payment card information is entered, confidential information shall be transferred via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol and PKI system, being the most advanced cryptographic technologies at the moment. Data security in the course of a purchase transaction shall be guaranteed by the payment card processor Banca Intesa a.d Beograd, so the entire billing process shall take place on the website of Banca Intesa a.d Beograd. The payment card information shall not be accessible to our system at any point whatsoever.

Personal data protection

The Provider shall protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and other laws governing the subject matter.
All User-related information shall be strictly protected and available only to the employees who require it to do their work. All Provider’s employees shall have the responsibility to comply with the privacy protection principle. We undertake not to use the information collected for any other purposes or provide it to third parties.
The information referred to in the previous paragraph shall be stored and processed only for the purpose of regulating mutual rights and obligations under the contract.

Refund - complaint

If the User is not satisfied with the services rendered by the Provider and previously paid for by a payment card either in full or in part, the User shall be entitled to make a written complaint no later than upon completion of the second lesson. In that case, the refund shall be made only via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and American Express payment instruments.


All prices on the website given in Euro (EUR) are for information only. All payment transactions will be effected in the currency of the Republic of Serbia – Dinar (RSD).
All payments will be effected in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia shall be used to show the prices in other currencies for information only. The amount your credit card account will be charged for will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the current exchange rate used by card payment organizations, with which we are unfamiliar at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website. Thank you for your understanding.


The Provider reserves the right to change the General Conditions to have them reflect amendment to relevant laws and other regulations and general acts, as well as internal changes to business policies and the requirements of the trainees themselves. The Provider will inform the Users of any changes to the General Conditions via the website: The changes to the General Conditions shall become effective as soon as they are posted on the Provider’s website.
If there are any changes to the General Conditions during the Training, the General Conditions applicable at the time of conclusion of the Training Contract will be binding on the Users concerning the essential elements of the Contract, i.e. the Price and Programme of the Training.
